I thought since it's a New Year I might put down my intentions for this year.
It's hard, really, really, hard to progress in motorsport without resources, but a good way to focus your progress is to set targets to achieve.
Do one thing. Then the next. Repeat.
Targets for 2025
As you know I'll be racing in Club100 this year! I'm racing in the Junior Southern Championship. The format is 3 academy days followed by 8 race rounds. I am booked onto the 1st and 3rd academy days so I can practice driving an outdoor Rotax
I've rather exhausted my local TeamSport track at Dunstable. It's great, and it's fun. I love going there and seeing everyone, but I'm not sure I can really learn much more. I could continue to race around lots of other tracks like
I first started out as many people do, in cadet karts at TeamSport before progressing to adult karts after a year of Race Academy. Assuming you can drive a kart at least half decently, how do you improve your lap times? It's all about seat time Simply put;
